Today's Workout...Back, Shoulders, Biceps & Forearms

I do 5 Sets staggered at 2x 15 reps, 2x 10reps, 1 set 8 reps for EVERY exerciese

Upright Row

Side Deltoid Raise

Shrug

Front Deltoid Raise

Behind-The-Neck Press (hate these)

T-Bar Row

Dumbbell Swing (hate these too)

Wide-Grip Row

One-Arm Dumbbell Row

Preacher Curl

Reverse Grip Barbell Curl

Forearm Curl

Reverse Forearm Curl

You gonna need to do more of them forearm curls wit them limp wrists of yours!
